Very personal attention!

The staff is so nice, and they make you feel right at home. I always get very personal attention and treatment. Nikki, the audiologist, really knows what she is doing and if there is a problem, she will stay on it until she gets it resolved. I was having a problem with my first set of devices, and after trying to address that she sent them back to the manufacturer and got me a new set. I have not had a problem since then. They are very good people, and I would highly recommend them to everyone!

My first visit was a very good experience!

The whole staff is very professional and direct. Everything was explained to me clearly. It was easy to make my first appointment. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the office and had a good experience there.

They did a good job and delivered as promised!

I've been very happy with the services of Dr. Nikki and her group. She got me all set up and going very quickly with hearing aids. The office is close to my house which makes it very convenient. Also, when I was traveling, Dr. Nikki gave me her phone number and told me to call her if I had any problems with the app or anything. It's comforting to know that she is so accessible and I can get help when I need it. The entire office is full of phenomenal people.
